Scope of application

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “T&C”) apply to all contracts between repromanshop (hereinafter “Seller”) and its customers (hereinafter “Customer”) regarding the sale of 3D prints and related products via the Seller’s online store.

Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the goods in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking on the “Buy” or “Place Order” button, the customer places a binding, chargeable order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded when the seller accepts the customer’s order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail.

Prices and terms of payment

The prices quoted are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. In some cases, the currency is adjusted to the customer and VAT may also be omitted due to reverse charge. Payment can be made by PayPal, bank transfer and other payment methods available in the store. The purchase price is due for payment immediately.

Delivery

Delivery shall be made within the delivery period specified on the respective product page. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the customer. The customer bears the shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery to countries such as USA, Canada, UK, Italy and other countries may take up to 14 days or more.

Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has a statutory right of withdrawal. The details of this can be found in the cancellation policy, which is made available to the customer as part of the order processing.

Warranty and liability

The statutory warranty rights apply. The seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use or handling of the products.
